Cancellation Policy

  • If a booking has been cancelled 21 days before arrival there is no fee and we return all the amount of the advance .
  • If a booking has been cancelled 21-7 days before arrival of the visitor there is fee equal to 100% of the advance.
  • If a booking has been cancelled 6 days before arrival of the visitor or if the visitor do not come there is fee equal to 50% of the total reservation cost.

For customers who cancel their reservation due to force majeure, there is no charge.
